Job Summary: We are seeking a packaging operator for people with disabilities to perform packaging, production management, and quality control tasks in an indoor environment with high noise levels. Maintaining quality, order, and cleanliness standards We are seeking a packaging operator for people with disabilities in Alcalá la Real (Jaén). Duties include removing products, managing production, removing trays from the machine that produces them, placing them into the packaging machine, positioning packaged and labeled trays into the corresponding box (which the operator must assemble), restocking the sanitary napkin rolls carried by the trays, monitoring production, and maintaining quality, order, and cleanliness standards. The work environment is indoors, in an enclosed space with high noise levels. A temporary employment contract is offered, estimated to last 90 days, with full-time hours and rotating shifts—morning (6–14), afternoon (14–22), or night (22–6). Monthly salary: €1,424. Rotating shift work includes night shifts and Saturdays, on the production line. One-month probationary period.
