This role requires someone who can **own funnels end\-to\-end**, operate under pressure, communicate professionally in English, and build systems specifically for **personal brands and authority\-driven offers**. **This Role Is NOT For You If** * You only build landing pages * You rely on templates without understanding strategy * You do not have experience with personal brand or authority\-based funnels * You struggle to communicate clearly and professionally in English * You avoid ownership, accountability, or high\-pressure environments **Who This Role IS For** You are a **senior\-level funnel builder** with **3\+ years of hands\-on experience** building, launching, and managing high\-end funnels. You understand funnels as **systems**, leverage **AI tools and LLMs** to work smarter, and have **direct experience building funnels for personal brands, coaches, founders, or authority figures**. **Core Responsibilities Funnel Strategy \& Build** * Build **end\-to\-end funnels** in **GoHighLevel** and **ClickFunnels** * Implement: * Two\-step funnels * Lead magnet funnels * Webinar funnels (live \& evergreen) * Application funnels * High\-ticket sales funnels * Upsell and downsell sequences * Translate strategy, copy, and positioning into **fully functional, conversion\-driven systemsDesign \& UX Execution** * Design premium, conversion\-focused pages (desktop \& mobile) * Apply brand guidelines with precision * Understand hierarchy, spacing, flow, and CTA psychology * Maintain speed and quality under tight deadlines **Automation, Integrations \& Systems** * Build and manage: * Email automation workflows * SMS workflows * Calendars, forms, triggers, pipelines * Integrate and troubleshoot: * Stripe \& payment systems * CRM logic * Webhooks and third\-party tools * Ensure every funnel is **fully tested and launch\-ready** **AI \& LLM Expertise** * Use **AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs)** to: * Improve build speed and efficiency * Assist with workflow logic and troubleshooting * Support content, email, and funnel logic development * Understand how AI integrates into modern marketing and automation systems **Advanced Troubleshooting** * Diagnose and resolve: * Broken automations * Trigger conflicts * Workflow and logic errors * Calendar, form, and integration failures * Take full ownership of resolving issues quickly and accurately **Communication, Pressure \& Ownership** * Communicate **clearly, confidently, and professionally in English** (written and verbal) * Provide proactive updates and flag risks early * Work effectively under **tight timelines and high expectations** * Collaborate with: * Creative Director * Copywriters * Media \& content teams * Project managers * Stay calm, focused, and solution\-oriented in fast\-paced environments **REQUIRED Experience \& Skills (Non\-Negotiable)** * **3\+ years** of professional funnel\-building experience * Advanced expertise in: * **GoHighLevel** * **ClickFunnels** * **Direct experience building personal brand or authority\-based funnels** *(required)* * Strong graphic design and UX skills * Deep understanding of: * Funnel strategy * Automation logic * Conversion psychology * Hands\-on experience using **AI tools / LLMs** * **Professional\-level English fluency** (spoken and written) * Proven ability to execute under pressure without sacrificing quality **Additional Experience (Preferred, Not Required)** * High\-ticket funnel experience * Advanced AI\-driven automation systems * Agency experience in fast\-growth environments **What Success Looks Like** * Funnels launch on time, fully tested, and functioning flawlessly * Automations work without constant fixes * Communication is proactive, clear, and professional * You anticipate issues before they become problems * You elevate the execution standard across the team **Compensation** * Competitive, based on experience * Long\-term growth opportunity * Leadership potential as the funnel division scales **How to Apply** Applicants **must** submit: * A brief professional introduction * Examples of funnels you personally built *(authority\-based funnels required)* * Platforms used (GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, AI tools) * Your specific role in each build Job Type: Full\-time Pay: 3,000\.00€ \- 4,000\.00€ per month Work Location: Remote
