The objective is to deliver preventive and corrective maintenance services for facilities. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Corrective and preventive maintenance of facility installations. * Performing maintenance tasks related to masonry, plumbing, HVAC, electromechanics, etc. * Comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance of facility installations. * Managing and resolving daily breakdowns, ensuring proper operation of various types of installations. * Contributing to service excellence by supporting energy efficiency optimization of installations. * Ensuring compliance with technical and legal regulations and established maintenance plans. **What do we offer?** * Temporary contract (vacation replacement) * Salary according to collective agreement * Full-time schedule * Rotating shifts: Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:00 or Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 At Caser Servicios, we guarantee equal opportunities, promoting talent development exclusively based on individuals’ abilities and competencies required for their roles.
