Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive warehouse assistant to support the distribution of swimming pool materials, including customer service, order preparation, and inventory management during the peak season. Operation of counterbalanced and reach trucks Warehouse assistant for swimming pool materials in Getafe during the spring and summer campaign. We are looking for a person for a temporary position in a warehouse dedicated to distributing materials for the construction and maintenance of swimming pools, serving professional customers. The job involves supporting operations during the peak season. Tasks include serving customers at the counter, preparing and dispatching orders, and restocking merchandise on shelves. Truck loading and unloading using a counterbalanced forklift, and product placement using a reach truck will also be performed. Other duties include cutting reinforced sheet metal according to customer specifications, handling payments and invoices, and keeping inventory up to date. It is important to maintain order, cleanliness, and a proactive attitude for teamwork during the busiest months. Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent. A valid forklift operator license is mandatory for operating both counterbalanced and reach trucks. Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, point-of-sale environments, or in handling and cutting technical materials such as reinforced sheet metal is highly desirable.
