We are looking for an administrative professional for the dispatch department in Getafe, with a weekday afternoon schedule (Monday to Friday). Responsibilities focus on transport documentation management: issuing, controlling, and archiving waybills and shipment documentation, as well as invoicing shipments and performing administrative tracking to ensure traceability. Coordination with the traffic team and drivers, handling administrative incidents, and updating internal databases are also required, using office software and industry-specific applications. The role involves providing general administrative support to the department to ensure smooth daily operations. An organized, methodical profile capable of working under tight deadlines is required. Clear communication is essential for interacting with various stakeholders. A fixed-term contract is offered with a defined gross annual salary. Willingness to learn and adapt to logistics and transport procedures is highly valued. **Minimum Required Qualification:** Vocational Training (FP) at Intermediate or Advanced Level in Administration, Transport, or related fields. Proficiency in computer tools and office software is required. The ideal candidate should be organized, agile, and solution-oriented, with strong teamwork capabilities. Excellent communication skills are essential. A personal vehicle is required for work-related travel when necessary. Immediate availability to start the position is valued.
