* **Experience in Audits:** Minimum of 2 or 3 full BRCGS recertification cycles successfully completed. * **Preventive Mindset:** Ability to conduct monthly internal audits and detect deviations before the external auditor arrives. * **Regulatory Updates:** In-depth knowledge of the current version of the standard and ability to adapt the system to new requirements or *position statements*. * **Change Control:** Ability to manage modifications to machinery, processes, or raw materials without compromising system compliance.
