We are currently seeking a **PLM Project Manager** specialized in **3DEXPERIENCE** to lead implementation and evolution projects of the platform within top-tier industrial companies. **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for managing 3DEXPERIENCE implementation projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and acting as the primary liaison between the client and consulting and technology teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, scope, and budget. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead implementation and deployment projects of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. * Define and manage project planning, scope, risks, and resources. * Coordinate functional and technical teams, both internal and external. * Manage client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle. * Oversee activities including analysis, process design, configuration, integration, and deployment. * Identify risks and propose corrective actions. * Monitor financial performance and report project status to management and the client. * Ensure proper solution adoption and client satisfaction. **What do we offer?** * Participation in strategic PLM projects for leading industrial sector clients. * Continuous training in Dassault Systèmes technologies. * Professional development plan and growth opportunities within the organization. * Hybrid/remote work mode. * Flexible working hours. * Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and expertise. * Join a highly specialized team focused on PLM solutions and digital transformation. * Location: Getafe **Who are we looking for?** We seek a candidate with a global project vision, the ability to manage demanding clients, and experience leading complex technology implementations. If you are passionate about digital transformation in engineering and wish to participate in international projects based on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, we would like to meet you. **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 5 years’ experience managing technology or digital transformation projects. * Experience in PLM solution implementation projects. * Knowledge of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform (ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA, or the broader Dassault Systèmes ecosystem). * Experience managing clients and multidisciplinary teams. * Leadership, communication, and results-oriented capabilities. * Professional-level English proficiency. **Highly desirable** * Prior experience as a PLM Consultant or Business Analyst. * PMP certification. * Experience with Agile or hybrid methodologies. * Participation in international projects. * Knowledge of engineering processes, product management (BOM), document management, or product configuration. * Mandatory: Residence in Spain, valid work permit, and fluent Spanish.
