Job Summary: We are seeking a chef to prepare breakfasts, cook lunches and dinners, manage the warehouse, and maintain APPCC records at a residential facility. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. 2. Management of raw materials, warehouse, and orders. 3. Compliance with APPCC records and service control. We are looking for a chef for a residential facility located in Aranjuez. Specific training and experience in institutional catering will be highly valued. Main duties include preparing breakfasts, handling raw materials, cooking and presenting lunches and dinners. Additionally, the role involves completing APPCC records, monitoring services, managing the warehouse and orders, and assisting with kitchen cleaning. This is a temporary replacement contract with full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The salary will comply with the XVI Collective Agreement for Centers and Services for People with Disabilities.
