As Shift Supervisor, you will oversee the store’s daily operations, ensuring compliance with operational procedures. Your responsibilities will include preparing inventories and orders to maintain product availability, controlling shrinkage, managing product quality and rotation, submitting daily reports, handling customer complaints, supporting team training, planning sales and productivity, developing work schedules, and managing cash flow. We offer an indefinite-term contract, tailored theoretical\-practical training, a five-day workweek with continuous hours, and six high-quality weekends per year for work-life balance, a positive work environment, and opportunities for career advancement. A medium-level vocational qualification or equivalent is required, along with availability for rotating shifts; prior experience in the distribution sector is valued.
