Job Summary: We are seeking an initiative-driven electromechanical professional to ensure the proper operation of equipment and production systems in an industrial environment. Key Highlights: 1. Training in electromechanics or vehicle mechanics required. We are looking for a person to perform maintenance tasks in an industrial environment in Casarrubios del Monte. The job involves ensuring that equipment and production systems operate correctly by applying practical electromechanical knowledge. This is a team-based role where initiative and problem-solving ability are highly valued, thereby helping to prevent plant operations from halting. Daily responsibilities include providing electrical maintenance support for industrial machinery: inspecting installations, identifying faults, and replacing components. You will also participate in electromechanical and mechanical tasks, such as inspecting, disassembling, and repairing motors and their components. Occasionally, you will assist with internal logistics by operating auxiliary machinery to move materials, provided you have the necessary training. **This is a contractual position offering a fixed schedule:** continuous working hours from Monday to Thursday with a midday break, and reduced hours on Fridays. Overtime on Saturdays is voluntary. A foundational qualification in electromechanics or vehicle mechanics is required, along with a positive attitude toward learning and genuine interest in industrial maintenance. A forklift operator’s license is a plus. Training in electromechanics or vehicle mechanics. Eagerness to learn and a solution-oriented attitude. Interest in industrial maintenance. Forklift operator’s license (desirable).
