The job involves maintaining a hygienic and pleasant environment for residents. Duties include comprehensive cleaning of all areas of the facility: private rooms, bathrooms, lounges, hallways, and dining rooms. Responsibilities also cover changing bed linens, maintaining general order in the spaces, and assisting with post-dining room cleaning. It is essential to work attentively to detail and respectfully to avoid disturbing residents. Staff must follow established protocols and promptly inform supervisors of any incidents or maintenance needs. Candidates must be capable of performing various cleaning and organizational tasks. Working hours consist of rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
