Maintenance of Automated Warehouses

**Description:** ---------------- At Savia, we are seeking an autonomous professional to expand our itinerant industrial maintenance team (SAT); you will carry out preventive and corrective electrical and electronic maintenance on automated warehouses, and your base location will be Leganés. Your responsibilities include: * Assembling equipment and low-voltage electrical installations, which involves: * Wiring, connecting meters, drawing electrical schematics, etc. * Conducting relevant safety and functionality tests. * Installing, inspecting, and maintaining electronic equipment, regulation and control devices for installations and AC/DC electric machines in optimal condition. * Performing inspections, locating faults, and implementing appropriate corrective measures. * Installing, connecting, and replacing distribution boards, electrical lines, and lighting installations. * Locating and repairing faults in machinery, electrical equipment, and low- or medium-voltage lines (replacing, rebuilding, soldering, assembling, and connecting components). Some of the tools and equipment you may encounter include: * Complete laptop with S5 and S7 communication cables\. S7 software (200, 300, and 400\) * S5 software * Win CC operating system * Omron PLC software * Allen Bradley software * Standard electronic/electrician tools (multimeter, tester, oscilloscope, power supplies, insulation testers, soldering station, etc.) * Lenze frequency inverters **Requirements:** --------------- Minimum two years’ experience in Electrical/Electromechanical Maintenance is mandatory, along with training in Automation Systems. Higher Vocational Training or equivalent in Industrial Automation and Robotics or related fields. Availability to work split shifts from 8:00 to 14:00 and from 15:30 to 17:45 \+ possibility of 24h/7d on-call duties. Motivation for an itinerant position with a company vehicle (to be left at the Leganés office) Ability to connect to a PLC using TIA Portal. Advanced knowledge of electricity.
