Position Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring product registration and regulatory compliance, managing technical documentation, and collaborating in the continuous improvement of quality systems and processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage product registration and regulatory compliance. 2. Collaborate in audits and improvement of management systems. 3. Provide technical and regulatory advice for R&D. ### **Responsibilities** * Prepare the technical documentation required for product registration in the various countries where the company operates. * Maintain direct contact with the competent authorities in each country to ensure compliance with local regulations. * Ensure that product registrations are up-to-date and complete across all company systems. * Collaborate with the administrative team by managing data and ensuring accurate information entry into systems. * Resolve unexpected issues and obstacles that may hinder the progress of administrative processes. * Ensure that management systems remain under constant improvement. * Collaborate in conducting internal audits and, when necessary, audit critical suppliers. * Provide technical and regulatory advice related to research and development of new products. * Contribute to fulfilling the Organization's Quality Assurance Program. * Collaborate in controlling product traceability within the organization. * Ensure compliance with procedures, controls, and quality standards in production processes. * Participate in resolving incidents across various departments of the company. ### **Minimum Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or Experimental Sciences. * Additional training in English (advanced level). ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in Regulatory Affairs. * Knowledge of international product regulatory frameworks. * Experience working with quality management systems and procedures. * Communication and problem-solving skills.
