**Job Description:** An opportunity for Process and Documents Quality has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe. **Responsibilities** * Lead a Quality team within a program, project or service, acting as a reference point for digitalization, innovation and collaboration, and promoting employee development, motivation and empowerment to align them with Airbus’s Quality vision. * Ensure that all Quality disciplines supporting the program, project or service are organized, receive the necessary information, and deliver complete and consistent results in accordance with established requirements and planning. * Periodically monitor budget execution and prepare estimates regarding workload and pending budgetary needs, both for one’s own activities and for those carried out by team members and other involved organizations. * Act as guarantor of product conformity and of compliance with customer requirements and expectations, ensuring that received feedback is analyzed to identify improvement actions and maintain high levels of satisfaction. * Promote a customer-centric culture, ensuring this approach remains a fundamental principle in the conduct of all employees. * Review contracts and commercial offers to identify applicable quality requirements, implement changes, and ensure their proper dissemination and compliance. * Certify product conformity against contractual and regulatory requirements, and supervise the status of such conformity and certification. * Be fully responsible for the end-to-end conformity certification process, guaranteeing compliance with contractual and legal requirements. * Participate in management of competent authorities or assume direct responsibility for obtaining necessary approvals. * Fully manage relationships with authorities, including on-site inspections, on-site quality assurance, and flight permit management where applicable. * Develop and update quality plans, control plans, quality management plans, product assurance plans, and specific inspection plans, ensuring their correct implementation. * Contribute to identifying and resolving risks and opportunities that may negatively or positively affect achievement of quality objectives for the program, project or service. * Support the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) methodology or other equivalent quality planning methodologies. * Ensure application of methods and tools aimed at preventing anomalies and improving business performance. * Participate in risk analyses, decision trees, and determination of APQP relevance and scope for each project. * Proactively reinforce prevention and surveillance activities through definition, monitoring and evaluation of key performance indicators (KPIs), including costs of non-quality (CNQ). * Actively support business performance dialogue processes, identifying and analyzing incidents, non-conformities, and costs associated with failures or deviations. * Manage process non-conformities (NCRs), from initial registration through root cause analysis, implementation of corrective and preventive actions, to final closure. * Manage product and service non-conformities, including cause investigation, corrective actions, preventive actions, and follow-up until resolution. * Manage alerts and warning notices (*Alerts* and *Warning Notices*) where applicable. * Conduct or support reviews intended to assess the maturity level of deliverables, milestones and project outcomes, including mandatory reviews and *Maturity Gates*. * Ensure all reviews are conducted in accordance with established procedures and documented project requirements. * Support initiatives for capturing, analyzing, implementing and documenting lessons learned within the program, project or service. * Ensure implementation of improvement actions that enhance organizational effectiveness, efficiency and overall performance. * Consider additional competencies and professional levels potentially applicable to this profile, in accordance with current job classification guidelines. **What we are looking for:** Educated to degree level Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation skills Team spirit and able to work in a dynamic environment High level of motivation to lead complex projects English: Negotiation level Spanish: Fluent **WHICH BENEFITS WILL YOU HAVE AS AIRBUS EMPLOYEE?** At Airbus we are focused on our employees and their welfare.
