Do you want to be part of it? **PRODUCT OFFER MANAGER POSITION** **Job Mission:** Responsible for defining the product category strategy within the overall solution, ensuring coherence with the various elements that make up the customer value proposition (services, marketing, commercial activation, delivery, after-sales, among others). Must guarantee the relevance, updating, and quality of products and suppliers, aligning with the company's positive impact policies, and support decision-making through strategic analysis and data usage. **Will you join us?** We show you here in this video. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * *Product Offer:* * * Analyze market, trends, competitors, and customer needs, leveraging analytical models to support decision-making. * Participate in building the 3-year strategic plan and define annual objectives, sales forecasts, and product range strategy with an omnichannel vision. * Lead product offer development, ensuring quality, relevance, consistent pricing, and alignment with positive impact policies. * Coordinate sales plans, campaigns, and product launches, working closely with internal teams (Services, Omnicommerce, Supply, Training, etc.). * Manage suppliers, collection results, and action plans, ensuring differentiated value propositions for individual and professional (PRO) customers. * Support the rollout of the product offer in physical stores and digital channels, ensuring communication and consistency across the organization. * *Commercial Dynamics:* * + Proposes products to include in commercial operations and leads negotiations with suppliers. + Communicates the collection structure, product range, usage criteria, selection guidelines, and product advantages to channels, supporting Product Merchandising Managers and E-merchandising Managers so these are reflected in physical and digital implementations. * *Supplier Management:* * + Defines supplier strategy for their product families, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy, supported by reports and guidelines from the Supplier Relations team. + Selects and develops the supplier portfolio. + Negotiates purchase conditions with suppliers and ensures profitability for their product families. + Coordinates with the Circuit Manager changes in circuits through supplier negotiation. * *Cross-functional Leadership and Team Management:* * Manages and actively participates in cross-departmental projects, ensuring achievement of assigned objectives at any given time. * Defines sales forecasts for new references. Additionally, communicates alerts to the supply planner that could impact forecasting based on historical data. * Coordinates with Performance World and Supply teams to monitor and optimize inventory effectively (e.g., transfer between BUs, transfer between stores, targeted commercial actions for surplus during a campaign...) * Works closely with marketplace teams to align global 1P-3P strategy. * Leads and collaborates on key international projects, ensuring their strategic integration into the national product range. * Shares learnings and best practices with peers within their World and other Worlds. * Participates in the selection of Market Relations Technicians within their World and supports their development. * Participates in training sales teams for proper deployment of solution selling. #### **Requirements** * University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or similar fields. Postgraduate education in product management will be valued. * Advanced English (C1 level). * Advanced Office skills. * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
