We carry out project design and calculation, supported by our drafters, modelers, and engineers. Our work includes both proprietary projects and technical assistance for engineering firms, construction companies, and real estate asset managers. Additionally, we provide BIM and technological advisory and consulting services to companies at various stages. We are currently seeking a **Studies Technician** to work with one of our clients in **Madrid.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation of construction budgets * Quantity take-offs from drawings * Preparation of technical and economic proposals * Cost analysis and supplier comparisons * Preparation of tender documentation * Updating of price databases. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Opportunity to join a major engineering firm. * Full-time position. * Training plan. **If you are considering a professional change and are interested in starting your career with a leading company in the engineering sector, we look forward to hearing from you!** **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum Requirements:** * Technical education: Technical Engineer / Technical Architect / Industrial Engineer / Civil Engineer. * 2–5 years of experience in budget estimation. * Experience preparing quantity take-offs and budgets using Presto. * Ability to analyze projects and drawings. * Experience in tenders or studies for construction companies / EPC contractors.
