Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to serve as Measurement and Budgets Supervisor in timber construction, responsible for work execution, coordination of preventive measures, and document management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure correct execution of works according to plans and specifications 2. Coordinate preventive measures and supervise the use of personal protective equipment 3. Administration of technical documentation and project valuation We are looking for a professional for the position of Measurement and Budgets Supervisor in the timber construction sector. Main responsibilities include ensuring correct execution of works according to plans and technical specifications, coordinating implementation of preventive measures, and supervising workers’ use of personal protective equipment. Additionally, the role involves administering all documentation required for the project, such as drawings, technical specifications, licenses, and permits. Other duties include preparing technical documentation for building projects, carrying out site surveys, producing drawings using computer-aided design (CAD), valuing projects for budget preparation, and planning and controlling project phases. A university degree in Technical Engineering in Civil Engineering or equivalent, Building Surveyor, Architect, or Higher Vocational Training Technician in Building Projects and Civil Works Projects is required. A valid driving licence (Category B) is mandatory. The position is located in Arrúbal (El Sequero Industrial Estate).
