Maintenance Technician

Description

A maintenance technician is required to work in Las Ventas de Retamosa (Toledo). The candidate will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery, diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures. They will also implement improvements to optimize productivity, record incidents, and support the production area to ensure uninterrupted service. Prior experience in maintenance, initiative, analytical ability, and a commitment to continuous improvement are required. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is valued, as is residence in the local area or the ability to commute. Availability to attend the factory outside regular shifts in case of failures is mandatory, with overtime compensated. The working environment is dynamic and promotes continuous improvement, offering professional development within the maintenance department. Vocational training in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electricity, or a related field. Previous experience in industrial maintenance. Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Residence in the local area or ability to commute to the workplace. Availability for interventions outside regular working hours.
