The professional will be responsible for ensuring well-being, safety, and appropriate coexistence during nighttime hours, accompanying and supervising the group and responding to any incidents or needs that arise. Main Responsibilities * Nighttime supervision and accompaniment of minors, ensuring a safe, calm, and structured environment. * Management of pre-sleep routines (personal hygiene, conclusion of activities, organization of common areas). * Response to nighttime needs: awakenings, anxiety, discomfort, conflicts, or any other incident. * Active monitoring of facilities to ensure the Home’s security. * Socioeducational intervention in specific situations, maintaining respectful, protective, and educational interactions. * Handling and recording of incidents and observations in the EducaCEMU application (individual and group follow-up). * Coordination with the daytime educational team to share relevant information regarding minors. * Waking up minors and initiating morning routines when the shift includes this time period. * Support in basic nighttime domestic tasks related to the organization and light cleaning of the Home. Requirements: * A higher vocational training qualification in the socioeducational field is required, preferably a Higher Technician in Social Integration. * Experience working with children/adolescents at risk (highly valued). * Emotional management skills, conflict resolution ability, and capacity for autonomous work. * Availability to work exclusively on the night shift, including weekends and holidays. * Commitment to child protection and adherence to CEMU’s Code of Ethics.
