After-sales Service Technician

PRIM is looking for you!** We are seeking to expand our After-sales Service team with **2** **Electromedical Technicians**, who will ensure resolution of customer requests related to installation and commissioning, repair, and maintenance of the equipment and solutions covered by PRIM’s service scope, as well as execute scheduled work at the appropriate time. **If you seek to join a project that positively impacts lives—starting with your own—we want to meet you!** **Some of your responsibilities at PRIM:** * Ensure optimal operation of the equipment fleet in Casarrubios del Monte (Toledo). * Periodically and systematically visit and/or contact current customers within your assigned territory or area of responsibility. * Collaborate with sales representatives during technical visits and demonstrations, as required. * Monitor competitors’ equipment, activities, and market movements, reporting promptly to your supervisor. * Inform customers about maintenance requirements for available equipment and solutions, proposing service agreements that support equipment preservation and company revenue generation. * Maintain spare parts inventory in good condition and under full control at all times. * Retrieve replaced materials covered under warranty and deliver them promptly, along with required documentation, to the designated location for subsequent handling. **Requirements** -------------- What you need for your application to be considered: * Higher vocational degree in Electromedicine or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years’ experience performing the duties described above. * Willingness and ability to travel. * Valid driver's license.
