




Job Summary: We are seeking a stock replenishment and inventory management operator for the food sector, responsible for merchandise organization, quality control, and customer service, working both collaboratively and independently. Key Responsibilities: 1. Agile and organized stock management and product replenishment. 2. Maintenance of order, quality control, and customer service. 3. 36-hour workweek with rotating shifts and flexibility. We seek an operator to perform stock replenishment and inventory management tasks in the food sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for efficiently and systematically loading, unloading, and placing merchandise to ensure continuous product availability on shelves. They will also maintain workplace cleanliness and order, as well as monitor product quality and expiration dates to guarantee freshness and compliance. Additionally, involvement in warehouse management is required, including maintaining accurate inventory records and optimizing storage space. Customer service will be a fundamental part of the role, delivering friendly and effective assistance. The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, while sustaining a consistent and efficient work pace, will be highly valued. Working hours will total 36 hours per week, scheduled across rotating shifts within a broad timeframe, enabling better personal scheduling. A mid-week rotating day off will be provided. Immediate availability to start performing duties is required. The company values proactivity and commitment to service quality. Minimum one year of prior experience in replenishment roles, preferably within the food sector or large retail formats. Full availability to work rotating shifts (08:00–22:00). Flexibility to work Monday through Sunday, with legally mandated rest days. Immediate availability to join. No specific formal education is required.
