**Job Description** NovaChain Labs, an emerging company dedicated to developing blockchain solutions for digital businesses, is seeking a **Junior Crypto Operations Analyst** to join its expansion team. This role focuses on supporting internal processes related to digital assets, tracking operations, risk control, and coordination with the technical team. The selected candidate will work in a dynamic technological environment where precision, organization, and the ability to continuously learn are essential. Advanced experience in cryptocurrencies is not required, but genuine interest in the sector and willingness to undergo training are mandatory. **Responsibilities** * Monitor internal movements of digital assets and record operations in corporate tools. * Support the team in verification, reconciliation, and blockchain-related data analysis tasks. * Collaborate with the technical department to report incidents, validate information, and improve processes. * Maintain up-to-date documentation on internal procedures and security best practices. * Participate in follow-up meetings and contribute ideas to optimize workflows. **Requirements** * Demonstrated interest in cryptocurrencies, blockchain, or digital finance. * Analytical ability, attention to detail, and responsibility in handling information. * Basic knowledge of office software and management tools. * Proficiency in Spanish suitable for internal communication; additional languages are valued. * Prior experience is not required, though it would be considered a plus. **Conditions** * Temporary contract with potential extension based on performance. * Internal training on blockchain tools and security protocols. * Hybrid work arrangement according to team needs. * Young team, technology-oriented environment, and growth opportunities.
