If you identify with our core values, we look forward to meeting you! www.telefonicatech.com **WHAT DO WE DO IN THE TEAM?** Within the Global Presales Engineering unit of Telefónica Cybersecurity \& Cloud Tech, we develop technical\-commercial proposals for TECH Cyber \& Cloud by understanding customer needs, the product portfolio within TECH, and internal Delivery capabilities, aiming to enhance commercial effectiveness and improve efficiency in generating differentiated and winning offers. The TECH Cybersecurity \& Cloud Presales Engineering area plays a key role in the consultative relationship with Telefónica's clients and supports OB Sales and Specialist Sales teams throughout the entire sales process. **HOW WILL YOUR DAY TO DAY BE?** Your mission will be to serve as the central point of connection between various internal TECH areas (Operations, Product, Go\-to\-Market, Finance, Legal...) and external stakeholders (technology and service partners), being responsible for delivering technical insights to customers and adding value to Telefónica's customer relationships, playing a crucial role in communicating Telefonica TECH's value proposition to our clients. Your day to day: * Collaborating closely with the sales team on proposals and launches for the CyberSecurity Center business * Designing and developing complex cybersecurity solutions (participating as an expert in major projects for large accounts) * Providing internal technological leadership within Telefónica TECH for cybersecurity projects * Working closely and collaboratively with clients to design effective solutions that meet current and future needs * Independently creating and delivering customer proposal presentations and responding to public tender documents * Developing business cases that ensure the economic viability of proposals submitted by the sales team * Presenting technical\-economic offers to customers together with members of the sales team * Providing feedback to Cyber Product teams to ensure that the Telefonica TECH Cyber product roadmap aligns with market demands (customers, competitors, suppliers, competitiveness) * Acting as a strategic advisory resource for Telefonica TECH Cyber clients: providing information, market trends, use case development, marketing forums, etc., supporting clients beyond just proposal presentations * Collaborating with other Commercial areas (Specialist Sales, go\-to\-market) to promote and facilitate knowledge and experience sharing across teams. * **AND FOR THIS, WE BELIEVE IT WOULD BE IDEAL IF YOU HAD…** **Experience** * Presales Engineer * Sales Specialists **Education** Required: * Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Computer Science.
