Drives project quality by ensuring adherence to appropriate cloud adoption methodologies (CAF) and security frameworks. Main responsibilities: * Lead the implementation of medium and large-scale projects, both within Spain and across countries. * Lead and advise specialized consultant teams, coordinating their planning. * Deliver high-complexity consulting services based on best practices. * Demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to coordinate individuals and teams across sales and operations. * Propose activities and problem-solving approaches for dynamic customer challenges within projects. * Oversee the definition of technical engagement scope, including delivery execution and highly complex projects. * Drive consultative selling activities in strategic customer environments. * Enhance service business by identifying internal process improvements, training opportunities, and collaborating on initiatives for new business areas, supporting the GTM team of the AZURE Hub. * Showcase capabilities in technological and business integration, advising on best practices to leverage IT as a competitive advantage. * Provide expert guidance to clients, driving solution architecture and ensuring optimal alignment between solution strategy and business strategy. Create and implement a solution roadmap and select the appropriate technological infrastructure, platform or product. * **AND FOR THIS, WE BELIEVE IT WOULD BE IDEAL THAT YOU HAVE…** **Experience** * More than 6 years of relevant experience in architecture, design and implementation of complex IT solutions. More than 8 years of client interaction in a technical leadership role. * **Education** * Degree in Computer Science or related fields. * AZURE certifications or other public clouds. * Microsoft-related certifications are valued. * Postgraduate courses related to cutting-edge solutions such as AI, cybersecurity, DevOps, etc., are valued. English level B1 or higher. * **Technical Skills** And for this, we need you to know * Expert-level consulting skills. * Understanding of customer business: governance, objectives, practices and process controls related to business requirements. * Mentorship (mentoring and coaching high-potential leaders in thought leadership across sectors). * Strong influence and leadership skills. * Proven ability to discuss cross-functional services. * Adaptability to continuously evolving technologies.
