Management of complex projects and coordination of large teams (+15 people) DESCRIPTION ### **You will lead the evolution and scaling of a solution with thousands of users in a complex and critical environment.** A role with real impact: coordination, decision-making, and end\-to\-end visibility. ### **Conditions** * Permanent contract * Work location: Barcelona / Reus * Modality: Remote (with possible occasional on-site interaction at offices) * Working hours: 9:00 to 18:00 * Salary: Based on experience ### **Your Responsibilities** * Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables * Plan phases, milestones, schedule, and resources * Manage functional and technical requirements * Monitor budget, costs, and variances * Supervise deadlines and milestone achievement * Coordinate technical, functional teams, and vendors (+15 people) * Manage risks, changes, and dependencies * Lead steering committees and reporting * Ensure quality and business validation * Supervise development, testing (UAT), and deployments * Manage solution evolution and continuous improvement REQUIREMENTS ### **Mandatory** * +5 years as an IT Project Manager * Experience in the public sector * Management of complex projects (numerous stakeholders) * Experience coordinating large teams (+15 FTEs) * Functional and technical analysis capability * Experience with Waterfall methodologies * Advanced Catalan (mandatory) * Experience in end\-to\-end project monitoring ### **Desirable** * Experience in Java / Angular environments * Knowledge of AWS or cloud migrations * Prior experience in similar public administration environments **Digital Group** We are a team of over 100 technology professionals, offering stable projects with leading national and international clients, developing solutions in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc. We commit to supporting you throughout every phase of the project, ensuring your professional growth alongside us and that your contribution matters. * **Want to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and seek new challenges?
