From Ibertech, we are seeking a **Cybersecurity Manager** profile to collaborate with one of our key clients. **Location:** Arganda del Rey (Madrid) **Work Model:** Hybrid **Contract Type:** Permanent **Working Hours:** Full-time **Requirements:** * Proficiency in **English**, both written and spoken; knowledge of any other European language is considered an advantage. * This position requires eligibility to obtain a **security clearance (HPS)**. * University degree or master's in Telecommunications Engineering, Network Engineering, or Cybersecurity Engineering. **Essential Technical Skills:** * More than 5 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or secure encryption activities, preferably in satellite communications. * Proven experience working with institutional clients or national government entities, especially in security risk management engineering, security threats and incidents, security vulnerabilities, and malware analysis. * Solid knowledge of security technologies such as encryption technologies, secure Authentication-Authorization-Accounting (AAA) technologies, Key Management Facilities, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Security Orchestration and Automated Response (SOAR). * In-depth knowledge of ISO 27000 and ECSS security standards. Experience in security engineering obtained from programs covering, as much as possible, the following ground infrastructure: satellite control center, computer systems and data centers, 5G systems, OSS/BSS, terrestrial fixed and mobile networks.
