Learning of maintenance procedures and best practices **Job Category:** ================= Temporary/Other **Job Family:** =============== Intern **Job Description:** ==================== **Main Responsibilities:** * Support **preventive and corrective maintenance** tasks for plant machinery and facilities. * Collaborate in the **inspection and control of proper operation** of production equipment, packaging lines, refrigerated chambers, and auxiliary systems. * Participate in **malfunction detection**, assisting in diagnosis and basic repair of incidents. * Support **mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic maintenance** tasks, according to training and knowledge level. * Collaborate in **tidiness, cleaning, and organization** of the workshop and maintenance areas, following company standards. * Perform basic recording and updating of **work orders and maintenance documentation**, under the supervisor’s guidance. * Comply with industry-specific **safety, hygiene, and quality standards**, particularly those applicable to the food industry. * Support preparation of materials, tools, and spare parts required for interventions. * Learn and observe internal maintenance procedures and industrial best practices.
