Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative professional for the logistics department, responsible for order management, purchase tracking, document control, invoicing, and accounting support, coordinating with various departments and customers. We are looking for an administrative professional for the logistics department in a company specializing in the design and manufacturing of point-of-sale solutions. Main responsibilities include managing orders to suppliers, tracking purchases, and controlling documents. The role also involves invoicing, supporting accounting tasks, monitoring collections, and maintaining contact with customers regarding outstanding invoices. Additionally, the candidate will support the sales department, coordinate with production and suppliers, manage document archiving, and handle phone calls and emails. This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week). Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 08:00–14:00 and 15:00–17:15, with a 15-minute morning break. On Fridays, working hours are 07:00–15:15, including the break. This is a stable position aimed at reinforcing the team in Valdemoro. * Administrative, accounting, or related education. * Education in Administration and Finance or equivalent experience is preferred. * Minimum recommended experience: 3 years in a similar administrative role. * Experience required in: Invoicing, Order Management, Collection Tracking, Supplier Contact, Administrative Support to Sales Department, Coordination with Production or Logistics (ERP experience is valuable). **Experience in the following industries is preferred:** Graphic Arts Manufacturing PLV (Point-of-Sale Display) Industrial Environments
