Production Manager for Building Construction Projects

Job Summary: Responsible for technical supervision and coordination on building construction sites, overseeing execution, quality, safety, and resource management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical coordination and supervision of building construction works. 2. Management of safety, quality, and environmental plans. 3. Monitoring of scheduling, production, and deviation analysis. Supervision and coordination of the construction of 58 residential units in Navalcarnero. The responsible person oversees the technical execution of the project jointly with the site manager to meet deadlines, budget, and quality requirements as directed by the site manager. Also manages the Safety, Quality, and Environmental Plan; supervises material deliveries and waste management; and coordinates subcontracted units, procurement, and comparative analyses with other professionals. Conducts daily production and performance monitoring, provides technical support to the site manager, supervises personnel, and verifies execution through checklists and reviews. Monthly, measures completed work and analyzes deviations. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00–14:00 and 15:00–18:00; Friday, 8:00–13:00\. Required experience and knowledge include technical supervision and control of building construction works, coordination of activities with the site team, management of safety, quality, and environmental plans, and monitoring of scheduling and production. Ability to perform measurements and deviation analysis is essential.
