The company is seeking to hire a Laborer. The position is located in Illescas (Toledo). As Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating equipment specifications. Additionally, you will interact directly with suppliers and clients and collaborate closely with the technical team during project execution. Responsibilities: * Analyze assigned projects. * Plan, supervise, and organize construction work. * Propose procedures and strategies to improve project performance and outcomes. * Control costs. * Prepare comparative analyses (order and contract tracking). * Manage suppliers and subcontractors. * Lead teams. * Carry out measurements and propose client certification. * Ensure quality assurance. * Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on site. Requirements * Degree in Metallurgical Technical Engineering or equivalent. * Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Industrial Construction Site Manager. * Experience/knowledge of metal assembly works. * Experience working on roofing. * Experience managing teams. * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training (metal sector). * Valid Class B driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Willingness to relocate geographically.
