**Management Systems and Business Improvement Consultant** Do you enjoy working with companies, analyzing how their processes operate, and helping them improve? Are you looking for a position offering autonomy, direct client contact, and diverse projects? A consultancy specialized in management systems—with over a decade of experience—is seeking to hire a **Management Systems Consultant** to participate in implementation, maintenance, and improvement projects for systems based on ISO standards. **What will be your mission?** You will work directly with various organizations, supporting them in developing and maintaining effective management systems prepared for audit and certification processes. You will primarily work with: * **ISO 9001**, focused on quality management. * **ISO 14001**, related to environmental management. * **ISO 45001**, centered on occupational health and safety. During your first months, you will be supported by experienced team professionals to learn our methodology, procedures, and client engagement approach. As you gain autonomy, you will begin managing your own projects and client portfolio directly. **What will you find in this role?** * **€24,000 gross/year + up to €2,000 additional performance-based bonus.** * **100% remote work**, except for the initial days of training and onboarding at the office. * Company-provided laptop and mobile phone. * Standard working hours: **Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:30**, with a one-hour lunch break. * Intensive working schedule on Fridays throughout the year. * Working hours of **08:00–15:00 during July and August**. * Regular client visits within Madrid. * Up to approximately two annual trips outside Madrid, mainly within the Iberian Peninsula. * Business travel expenses include **per diems, accommodation, and rental car**. * Mileage reimbursement at **€0.21/km**. * **22 vacation days**, of which 17 must be taken in August due to lower business activity during that period. * **December 25 and December 31 are non-working days.** * A professional and supportive environment with experienced colleagues in the sector. * Diverse projects and opportunities for continued professional development. **What are we looking for?** We seek a candidate already familiar with ISO consultancy who can progressively evolve into an autonomous client-facing role. Key requirements include: * At least **2 years of professional experience as an ISO consultant**. * Experience working with **ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001**. * Academic or professional training in quality, environment, occupational health and safety, or management systems. * Availability to join immediately or in the near future. * Ability to work in an organized and autonomous manner. * Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and understand their needs. * Adaptability and ability to perform well under moderate pressure. * Proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement. * Residence in **Madrid or surrounding areas**. * **Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.** We are not seeking only technical knowledge: we aim to bring onboard someone capable of building client trust, understanding their operational reality, and gradually becoming a key reference person for their projects. **How will your onboarding proceed?** Initially, you will undergo a guided learning period alongside other consultants, including joint participation in audits and projects. The goal is for you to become familiar with our procedures and progressively assume greater responsibility. Once this stage is completed, you will have full autonomy to manage your own clients and projects.
