To achieve this, the talent of our teams is our most essential pillar. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?** Lead end-to-end procurement for OBRAMAT locations (warehouses, logistics centers, and urban platforms) to guarantee maximum product availability. You will be the driving force ensuring a steady flow of goods—eliminating stockouts and optimizing excess inventory through effective system parameterization and a mindset of continuous improvement. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?** **Ensure automated replenishment**: Guarantee smooth merchandise flow for seasonal campaigns, new collections, store openings, and online channels. **System parameterization and control**: Configure edition days, forecasting modes, and sub-suppliers to ensure optimal performance of forecasting tools. **Stock and KPI management**: Monitor alerts and deviations from key performance indicators, proposing actions to optimize inventory levels. **Support and engagement**: Act as the primary point of contact for warehouses and logistics centers—resolving technical issues and promoting full system automation to minimize manual work. **Cross-functional efficiency**: Collaborate closely with Central Purchasing, Logistics, and Accounting departments, actively participating in GRUPO ADEO forums and projects. **Documentation and process improvement**: Formalize and document area-specific processes. **WHAT IS OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE?** Education: **University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.** A Master’s in Supply Chain is highly desirable. Experience: **Minimum 3 years in planning, procurement, or stock management roles.** Retail sector experience is mandatory. Tools: **Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets**, essential for handling large datasets. Experience with SAP, forecasting software (APO, JDA), and Power BI is highly valued. English: **Minimum B2 level**, required for interaction with GRUPO ADEO’s international teams.
