What will you do at Ontime? As a Logistics Administrator, you will play a key role in the daily management of logistics operations, ensuring proper order tracking, coordination with carriers, and warehouse documentation control. You will be a fundamental liaison point between warehouse, transport and customers, guaranteeing that each order is managed in an orderly, efficient and procedure-compliant manner. * Order tracking and control of correct preparation, dispatch and delivery. * Management and issuance of delivery notes and associated logistics documentation for orders. * Daily contact with carriers to coordinate pickups, deliveries and resolve incidents. * Registration and updating of orders, delivery notes and movements in the IT system. * Use of warehouse management software (ERP/WMS), ensuring product traceability. * Delivery tracking and logistics incident control, carrying out the corresponding reporting. * Coordination with the warehouse team to ensure adherence to deadlines and priorities. * Administrative support in tasks specific to the logistics area (filing, document control, basic reporting). What are we looking for in you? * Minimum 1 year’s experience in administrative roles within logistics, warehousing or transportation. * Experience in order tracking, delivery note management and interaction with carriers. * Proficient use of computer tools, especially Excel and warehouse management software. * Organisational skills, attention to detail and orientation towards meeting deadlines. * Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Prior experience in food sector logistics environments will be valued. * Own vehicle is mandatory to access the workplace in Noblejas (Toledo).
