Use of ERP system for administrative tasks and incident resolution We are looking for a professional to work in customer service in the industrial sector, based in Getafe. Your responsibilities will include managing communication with both customers and suppliers, registering and tracking orders, and controlling inventory. You will also handle incident resolution, document management, and use an ERP system for various administrative tasks. A full-time temporary contract is offered, with a weekly schedule of 40 hours from Monday to Friday, in a split shift covering morning and afternoon, respecting legal rest periods. * Minimum 1 year of prior experience in a similar position. * We seek a proactive and autonomous individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Vocational Training Certificate (GM / GS) in Administrative Management or equivalent. \- Computer skills.
