The role requires a daily commitment to accuracy when entering data and adhering to established operational procedures. An organized attitude is essential for working in dynamic environments, collaborating closely with other departments to coordinate operational staff. It is crucial to be proficient in digital tools, spreadsheets, and email, ensuring all documentation remains consistently updated and readily available for inventory and supply control. Medium-level vocational training in Administration, minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar roles, advanced proficiency in Office 365 suite, and a high level of Excel expertise.
