Are you looking for a new professional challenge? At Alza, we are seeking a Site Manager. You will be responsible for managing and controlling the execution of the assigned construction project. Your mission will be to ensure that all company procedures are followed, adhering to the schedule to complete the project within the agreed timeframe and budget, while always guaranteeing maximum customer satisfaction. **What will be your main functions and responsibilities?** * Supervise on-site execution and quality of work. * Ensure compliance with budget and project planning. * Carry out monthly project closing for cost control. * Certifications, production, and forecasting of monthly certifications. * Manage procurement and invoice approvals. * Site visits with Technical Management and Client. * Coordinate final settlement and price review upon project completion. * You will report to the Group Manager and Delegate. * Compliance with the Health and Safety Plan, as well as Quality and Environmental Plans. REQUIREMENTS **What requirements are requested for this position?** * **Education:** Technical or Senior Architect, Civil Engineer (Civil Engineering, Ports and Coastal Engineering, and Waterways). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years as Site Manager or 4 years as Assistant Site Manager in residential building projects. * **Technical Skills:** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Presto, and AutoCAD.
