The key responsibilities of the role include: * Serve as a global subject\-matter expert in ASU process operations. * Support sites with troubleshooting, performance optimization, and operational excellence. * Drive standardization and best\-practice sharing across all regions. * Promote across the regions Cost Reduction and Efficiency Programs * Assist regionsbuilding business cases as required * Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. * Travel internationally (\~20%) to support key initiatives. * Build strong relationships with plant teams and leadership.
