We are looking for a seasoned professional, to provide expert\-level support to Air Separation Unit (ASU) operations a processes worldwide, focusing on: performance improvement, best\-practice implementation, and capability development across global sites. **Key Responsibilities:** We are seeking a senior specialist with deep mastery of ASU or comparable process technologies—someone motivated by contributing on a global scale, who values meaningful impact over hierarchical progression, and excels at creating alignment across diverse, cross‑functional teams. The key responsibilities of the role include: * Serve as a global subject\-matter expert in ASU process operations. * Support sites with troubleshooting, performance optimization, and operational excellence. * Drive standardization and best\-practice sharing across all regions. * Promote across the regions Cost Reduction and Efficiency Programs * Assist regionsbuilding business cases as required * Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. * Travel internationally (\~20%) to support key initiatives. * Build strong relationships with plant teams and leadership.
