### **Description** A major industrial sector company is seeking a Maintenance Manager, based in the province of Toledo. Key responsibilities include: * Planning and supervising production line commissioning and format changeovers. * Defining and managing preventive maintenance for equipment and facilities. * Analyzing corrective maintenance and implementing improvements to optimize equipment reliability. * Assessing requirements for machinery and facility renewal and investment. * Providing technical support for new product development and industrialization. * Coordinating suppliers and leading the maintenance team, driving their development and performance. What are we looking for? * Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role within industrial environments, including leadership of a maintenance team.
