Job Summary: We offer paid HR internships for young talents, providing training in personnel selection, administrative management, and Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) within a dynamic environment. During your internship at our **ILLESCAS** office, you will be supported by our specialized consultants to acquire knowledge across various HR areas: **Personnel Selection**: You will learn how to publish job offers and actively participate in CV screening and telephone, face-to-face, and/or video interviews. **Administrative Management**: You will assist in managing employment contracts, Social Security registrations and cancellations, as well as collaborate on billing tasks. **Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL)**: You will participate in the management and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). If you are seeking an opportunity that offers professional development and stability, we would love to meet you! **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** A Higher Vocational Training qualification or university degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration and Management (ADE), and/or HR. A strong desire to learn and grow within the HR field. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Availability to work morning and/or afternoon shifts.
