Carpentry Machinery Operator

Description

In Olías del Rey (Toledo), personnel are required to operate carpentry machinery at a company dedicated to the construction and installation of wooden houses. Main responsibilities include operating and supervising industrial machinery for manufacturing wooden components, preparing and feeding production machines, and interpreting technical drawings and manufacturing orders. Carpentry work, assembly of structures, dimensional and quality control, as well as basic machine adjustments, tool changes, and resolution of operational issues will also be performed. Experience with industrial carpentry and timber construction machinery—such as HOMAG, BIESSE, or SCM—is especially valued. A minimum of 24 months’ experience as a carpenter or in a similar role is required. The position offers an indefinite-term contract with full-time working hours from 08:00 to 16:30. The gross annual salary is €27.000 paid in 12 installments, plus a 20% bonus upon achieving agreed performance targets.
