Fresh products are essential in food stores and for customers; therefore, you will be responsible for delivering the best service for these items, including their theatrical presentation, ensuring customers receive the highest quality and freshness for their purchases. As a Fresh Products Professional in the FISHMONGER section, your core responsibilities will include: * Product cutting and dispatch. * Counter setup. * Stock replenishment to maintain section appearance. * Shrinkage control. * Product maintenance and promotion. * Section cleaning and hygiene. * Personalized customer orientation and advisory support during purchase.
