Our primary objective is to develop technology that safeguards and protects people. Therefore, we design and create critical security-oriented systems—both in the physical world through various optronic systems, and in the virtual world via our cybersecurity teams. Likewise, we protect critical infrastructures and sensitive information, and thanks to our systems, we ensure border security. We also collaborate with the naval sector, designing and manufacturing onboard communication solutions, radars, and sonars. Furthermore, our defense division provides Armed Forces with encrypted communication equipment, tactical systems, surveillance systems, command-and-control systems, and even target identification and recognition systems. **Job Description** At **Thales España**, we believe new generations drive change—and thus, we have developed a **full-time one-year internship program (starting in September)**, complemented by training in **innovation competency development**, delivered jointly by the Universidad-Empresa Foundation and the University of Alcalá. **What does the Talent Programme entail?** Through the **Bridge\+** program—which combines theoretical and practical components—you will receive academic training in communication, productivity, digital identity, exponential thinking, and more. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in **workshops** for personal development, **coaching** sessions, and **meetings** where you will learn how to manage your emotions and apply everything you have learned.
