Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Control Assistant to support food safety supervision and documentation management of the HACCP system. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in food safety supervision and HACCP system management 2. Participation in traceability controls and incident management 3. Verification of the quality system and archiving of technical documentation Job offer in Móstoles (Madrid) for a company in the food industry. We seek a person to assist in quality control tasks as an assistant. Duties include supporting food safety supervision, reviewing and managing HACCP system documentation, and monitoring good hygiene and manufacturing practices. The role also involves participation in traceability controls, incident management, support during internal audits, verification of the quality system, and control and archiving of technical documentation. A degree in Food Science and Technology, Veterinary Science, Biology, Food Engineering, or vocational training in Food Quality, Laboratory, or related fields is required. Prior experience is valued. A 7-month temporary contract is offered, full-time, with working hours from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., and a gross monthly salary of 1333 euros.
