At our **Yuncos (Toledo)** plant, within the Absorbents \& Additives business unit, we are looking to hire **a Pallet Jack Operator / Wheel Loader Operator for Saturday shifts**, whose primary responsibility will be operating the wheel loader for mill feeding, material handling, and facility maintenance. The selected candidate will report directly to the Shift Supervisor, working in an active and dynamic industrial production environment. **Responsibilities** * Operate the wheel loader to feed mills with quantities specified in production orders, following established procedures * Record actual weighed quantities during loading operations in manufacturing reports * Conduct daily inspections of machinery condition and document any issues in the appropriate reports * Maintain material stockpiles in sound structural condition, free from foreign residues unrelated to the process * Keep access routes and pathways in optimal condition for traffic * Monitor available mineral stock levels and notify the responsible person when safety stock levels are reached * Collect samples from stockpiles when requested by the laboratory department * Verify wheel loader operating hours weekly for preventive maintenance notifications * Maintain facilities in order and cleanliness according to plant standards * Provide support in loading and cleaning tasks as required by work organization * Comply with applicable Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, and Quality regulations * Actively collaborate with Production, Laboratory, Maintenance, and Mining departments **Requirements** * Compulsory Secondary Education (EGB/ESO) or equivalent * Minimum 2 years of experience operating wheel loaders in industrial or mining environments * Valid wheel loader operator license; forklift license is a plus * Training and information on Food Safety and HACCP * Specific training (minimum 1 hour) on Sustainable Mining Management System * Ability to operate machinery under adverse weather conditions and on poor terrain * Capacity for interdepartmental collaboration and proactive attitude * Communication and active listening skills for coordination with other areas * Strong personal and collective safety awareness in the workplace * Flexibility to support additional tasks as required by shift organizational needs **Our Offer** * **Monthly Salary (25% Full-Time Equivalent): €523\.00** * Integration into a globally present specialty chemical company with high operational safety standards * Onsite position at our **Yuncos (Toledo)** plant, with direct access from the La Sagra region and the Madrid\-Toledo corridor * **Saturday-only schedule**, ideal for complementing other professional or personal activities * Continuous training on safety, environmental, and quality regulations: ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, HACCP, and FAMI QS * Organizational culture rooted in teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement * Company committed to sustainable management of mineral resources and respect for the environment **Contact Person** Rodrigo Wintersteller Talent Acquisition Partner EMEA Tel. \+49 (0\)69/305\-80582 Clariant is a global specialty chemicals company headquartered in Switzerland, focusing on and developing three business units: Care Chemicals, Catalysts, and Adsorbents \& Additives.
