Job Summary: We are seeking an Apartment Manager for Tourist and Corporate Apartments to lead the daily operations of our real estate portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction and asset profitability. Occupancy and rate optimization TOURIST AND CORPORATE APARTMENT MANAGER About Us At Houxury, we manage real estate assets specialized in tourist rentals, corporate rentals, coliving, and short-term rentals. We are in a growth phase and seek to hire an Apartment Manager for Tourist and Corporate Apartments to lead the daily operations of our real estate portfolio. Main Responsibilities * End-to-end management of tourist and corporate apartments. * Coordination of check\-in and check\-out. * Guest and tenant support before, during, and after their stay. * Supervision of cleaning and maintenance teams. * Incident management and problem resolution. * Occupancy and rate optimization. * Listing publication and updates on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking, Idealista, and other portals. * Billing, collections, and documentation tracking. * Housing quality control and periodic audits. * Preparation of operational and profitability reports. * Management of a portfolio comprising tourist apartments, corporate rentals, and coliving rooms, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and asset profitability. Requirements * Minimum 2 years’ experience in tourist apartment management, corporate housing, or short-term rentals. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and incident resolution skills. * Proficiency with computer tools and tourism management platforms. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. * Intermediate-to-advanced level of English, both spoken and written. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with PMS systems such as Icnea, TurboSuite, Guesty, Hostaway, AvaiBook, Lodgify, or similar. * Knowledge of revenue management and price optimization. * Experience coordinating cleaning and maintenance teams. * Familiarity with the real estate sector, short-term rentals, and asset management. * Ability to simultaneously manage multiple properties. Salary: €16,000.00\-€20,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
