




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative staff member to support customer management, invoicing, supplier management, payments, creditors, personnel, insurance, and goods and order administration. Main responsibilities will include supporting customer management and invoicing, as well as monitoring suppliers, bank payments, and creditor management. Collaboration will also be required on personnel matters, insurance, and administration of goods, transportation, and office and warehouse material orders. Proficiency in English and/or Portuguese will be valued. This position, located in Getafe, offers an indefinite contract with a full-time schedule from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 to 18:30, and Fridays from 9:00 to 15:00, including one hour for lunch. Having a personal vehicle is recommended for convenient access to the industrial estate where the workplace is located.
