If you are motivated to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and wish to be part of a team of experts dedicated to delivering effective financial solutions to our clients, this is your opportunity. **Key Responsibilities:** * End-to-end management of recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates according to required profiles). * Management of documentation required for employee onboarding and integration. * Execution of the onboarding process for new hires. * Ensuring proper execution of hiring procedures. * Administrative support tasks specific to the department. **Minimum Requirements:** * Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources. * Experience in recruitment and selection processes. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Proactivity, results orientation, and teamwork. * Fluent English level (an asset). **What We Offer:** * Excellent working environment. * Permanent contract / stable position. * 100% on-site work schedule in Alcobendas. * Salary Range: €20\-25k gross per year. * Paid training. * Professional growth opportunities. * Free access to the company gym.
