Fresh products are essential both in food stores and for customers; therefore, you will be responsible for delivering the best service for these products—including their theatrical presentation—ensuring customers receive the highest quality and freshness for their purchases. As a Fresh Products Professional in the FISHMONGERY section, your main responsibilities will include: * Product cutting and dispatch. * Counter setup. * Stock replenishment to maintain section appearance. * Shrinkage control. * Product maintenance and promotion. * Section cleaning and hygiene. * Personalized customer guidance and advice for their purchases.
