




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide telephone and in-person customer service, as well as manage orders, delivery notes, and invoices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Order, delivery note, and invoice management We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for a glass manufacturing company located in Fuenlabrada (Madrid). The selected candidate will be responsible for telephone and in-person customer service, as well as order, delivery note, and invoice management. A minimum of two years’ prior experience in these functions is required. A Medium-Level Vocational Training Qualification will be considered favorably. A permanent full-time employment contract is offered. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00, and Fridays from 7:00 to 15:00. Salary will be determined according to the applicable collective agreement, with a gross monthly remuneration of EUR 1400 paid in 14 installments.
