Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for a pharmaceutical packaging manufacturing plant, responsible for operating automated machinery, performing quality control, and collaborating within a team on rotating shifts. Availability for rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night We require staff for a packaging and packaging manufacturing plant located in Móstoles, primarily serving the pharmaceutical sector. The position is full-time under a temporary contract, following a weekly rotating shift system alternating morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Friday to ensure continuous production. Daily responsibilities include operating automated machinery and packaging systems, conducting rigorous quality control to comply with industry standards. Close collaboration with other team members is essential to achieve daily targets, including supporting internal logistics and supplying materials to production lines. Adherence to safety protocols and maintaining an orderly and clean workplace are required to ensure an efficient working environment. Prior experience in industrial environments is required, preferably in sectors such as cardboard packaging, graphic arts, or production. A valid forklift operator license is mandatory. Full availability to work rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night. Proactive attitude, commitment to safety and quality standards, and ability to work effectively in a team.
